Greatest hardware store I've ever been in. Everyone there was happy and smiling and eager to help. Your met at the door with kind greetings. Associate Bill Hunter was extremely helpful with my issue and Ms. Cynthia is a genius. I wish all places of business was like this ACE Hardware!!!!

They advertise screen repairs and I took some by. Went back after three weeks and was told they were not a priority. Wood customers come first. Only one person knows how to do screens. Why can’t some of those boys sitting around in the back learn? Poor management not to teach and train more than one employee. I was basically told to like it or lump it It didn’t matter that I spend a lot of money here because I like to buy local. Now I have to buy lumber from Lowe’s. I hate buying national but at least if Lowe’s makes a mistake they would correct it. I would have been satisfied if someone would have just said sorry about that, we will get them done by next Saturday. Seems like arrogance of being the only full hardware store in town. They didn’t have to take care of me because where else could I go. Ace Hardware went out of business in this town once before. Looks like it’s destined to happen again.
